Our Federal Government Client is looking for a Cyber Vulnerability Analyst.

Out Client has a requirement for a labour-hire resource to fill the role of Cyber Vulnerability Analyst to deliver vulnerability assessments and associated business impact analysis.

Responsibilities for the role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Perform assessments of vulnerabilities when new CVEs are announced.
  • Perform business impact analysis of vulnerabilities in relation to the Client's systems.
  • Conduct meetings, create reports, complete governance tasks.

The successful candidate must be able to satisfy the following role specific selection criteria:

Essential criteria

  • Perform assessments of vulnerabilities when new CVEs are announced.
  • Perform business impact analysis of vulnerabilities in relation to the Client's systems.
  • Conduct meetings, create reports, complete governance tasks.
  • Communicate with influence.

Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge of Splunk and/or Tenable.
  • Experience working with Cyber Threat Intelligence.

The role has an initial 12-Month contract with 2x12-Month extension options. It is the Client's preference is for the services to be provided on-site at their Canberra office location. Flexible working arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
