As the Cyber Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization's cyber security operations. You will develop and implement cyber security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect systems, networks, and data.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security program to mitigate risks and protect the company's assets.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with industry regulations and standards related to cyber security.
  • Manage and monitor security systems, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Conduct periodic security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and remediate any issues.
  • Lead incident response activities during security breaches or cyberattacks, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate impact and prevent future incidents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and trends, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the relationship with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring their compliance with cyber security requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into business processes and technologies.
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of the cyber security program to senior management. Lead and role model customer focused behaviour by encouraging innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) System, Security Monitoring and Alerting, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Security Assessment and Auditing, Security Incident Response, Security Architecture and Design, Identity and Access Management, Security Incident Reporting and Metrics, Data Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Network Security/Cyber Defence, DevSecOps

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cyber security operations.
  • Deep understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
