About the Role:

Contributes to technical services and competence to all phases of the Data Integration SDLC; analysis, specification, design, configuration/coding, comprehensive sequential testing including end user acceptance testing, implementation, post implementation review and ongoing maintenance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the integration solutions with system front end components based on the requirements and document the design in accordance with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain data integration components such as SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and cleansing.
  • Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions.
  • Coordinate directly with business users and business analyst to best understand and analyse business specifications.
  • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
  • Responsible for L1, 2 and L3 - Incident and Problem management support to the project team.
  • Work with infrastructure, platform, security team to triage, resolve, and remediate issues.
  • Build collaborative relationships within teams and across business to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 year hands-on and recent experience as an Identity Access Management and Privilege Access Management System Integrator with at least one large (3000+ user) organisation using application production suites such as SailPoint, CyberArk, TPAM, Beyond Trust, Dell1IM, OKTA, Single Sign-on, Azure AD, Microsoft AD, etc.
  • Solid understanding of IDAM concepts (joiners, movers, leavers, roles and entitlements, account provisioning, de-provisioning, role base entitlements, account life cycle management and segregation of duties).
  • Solid understanding of PAM concepts such as Privilege Password, Session, Endpoint and Remote Access Management.
  • Strong communication, documentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Cloud based technology.
