About the role

  • The Cloud Support Engineer will be involved in supporting cloud solutions within a complex, enterprise health care environment. Experience in maintaining, managing, and providing support to cloud technical issues would be required for this role.

Required Skills

  • Experience in providing support for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Proven experience in supporting and managing cloud networking, encompassing VNET, VPC, Express Route, Direct Connect, VPN, and related technologies.
  • Experience in scripting and automation, including familiarity with PowerShell, Python, C#, and similar languages.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and cloud Identity (Entra ID, AWS IAM, federated authentication) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with stakeholders, and customers
