Change Manager:

We are looking for a Change Manager for a contract role with a government client.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to define the business change strategy and initiatives across the project.
- Establish an effective business change management approach framework for the project.
- Establish a change management schedule for the duration of the project integrated with the project and vendor schedule.
- Identify and design the key internal and external business change deliverables required.
- Plan, develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective change communication and stakeholder management is established to create awareness, acceptance, readiness, and implementation of the required changes.
- Identify training requirements including delivery of workshops.
Skills:
- Experience in leading change management processes in government projects.
- Extensive experience in change management practices (e.g. ADKAR, PROSCI)
- Excellent analytical and innovative thinking skills.
