About the Role:

The program is focused on delivering new Data Security capability into IT and OT organisations, while working with BAU cyber security teams to develop their level of maturity.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements for several projects within an enterprise-wide Cyber Security Program. You will manage a diverse group of stakeholders in the Security space.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver project goals and objectives on time and on budget.
  • Planning, co-ordinating and producing business analysis deliverables (facilitating workshops, producing the business analysis plan, workflow maps, business needs and requirements, gap analysis, processes and procedures, and recommendations).
  • Analysing the impact of proposed changes on workflow processes and employees.
  • Constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Working with the change management team to understand impacts on the business.
  • Determining and documenting business requirements.
  • Preparing feasibility and cost effectiveness proposals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and extensive experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology experience
  • Recognised research, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyse information and provide clear insights.
  • Experience in the Energy industry and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
  • Understanding of Operational Technology
  • Understanding of Critical Infrastructure License Conditions (CILC) and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and associated compliance requirements
