Azure OT Security Architect
- 3 months initial contract with possible extension
- Experience in Azure OT Security Architect with a strong understanding of cloud security principles

The client:
An industry leading client providing services to the WA community that has been established for nearly 20 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of secure OT cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure.
- Conduct security assessments of OT workloads using the Purdue Model.
- Configure Azure security services for comprehensive threat detection and prevention.
- Implement Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions.
- Develop Azure governance policies, including RBAC and data encryption.
- Collaborate with OT engineers, IT security teams, and stakeholders.
- Participate in security incident response activities.
- Document security architecture decisions and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Azure Security Architect with a strong understanding of cloud security principles (Zero Trust, Defense in Depth).
- Experience with OT cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of OT security concepts, protocols, and threats.
- Experience with OT security frameworks such as the Purdue Model and IEC 62443.
- Expertise in Azure security services, including Azure Defender for OT, Azure Security Center, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Bicep.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ideal Certifications: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), CIS Controls Secure OT Environments (SC-OT).
