Technical Lead
Working for a well reputed company based in Perth CBD. My client is looking for an experienced Delivery focused Technical Lead to complement the existing team. On a permanent fixed term basis.
Key factors for this role are:
- Delivery focused. The team already consists of Architects (Office 365, Windows 10, VMWare, Microsoft Server, Cloud, Azure), therefore this focuses more on technical leadership.
- Hands on experience of Cloud implementation
- Excellent stake Holder engagement
- Build Technical Teams whilst consulting with architects - this role is the middle man between the two.
- Meeting with Business to ensure everyone is in the loop and understands the process
Duties to include:
Provide expertise in working with Architecture and Group IT technical teams, to ensure that business requirements are translated into detailed design specifications, and that they are successfully built and commissioned into service.
Translate the business information needs of the organisation.
Assist with shaping and subsequent execution of an improved end user computing platform, based around Microsoft technologies (Windows 10 and Office 365)
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated background in a Technical Lead Delivery role.
- Experience designing, building and operating end user computing platforms utilising Microsoft technologies including Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Technical skills in a range of core infrastructure technologies
- Experience of Cloud
- Demonstrated enterprise project experience
- Current industry knowledge of emerging technologies, relevant standards and government regulations
- Experience in scripting skills would be advantageous
- ITIL v3 Foundations
