This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented ServiceNow Consultant, working together in the development of delivery collateral, liaising between the business and technology through the SDLC.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy to business units for issues relating to information technology.
- Provide expertise to assist the business develop business requirements that will support the business cases.
- Assist and support testing activities (System, Integration and User Acceptance).
- Follows all change control procedures and put in place full version control and configuration management to ensure that the production service is not compromised.
- Develop logical designs ensuring the solution aligns with the solution architecture
- Create and updates application documentation
