Our client is a leader within the IT consulting domain, they are currently looking for a Senior Security Analyst role to join on a permanent basis.
The client is ideally looking for:
The role supports the Cyber Security Delivery team, through allocation to Security Engineering development activities, including but not limited to security design, delivery, and management of various products and services to the organisation's customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical security advice and guidance to the competency teams, other company Security team members, service delivery managers, and customers
- Provide expert security advice, gap analysis, and solutions to projects
- Investigate, assess, and report on the development or spread of potential information security threats and vulnerabilities that may impact the organisation and/or Customer technical infrastructure SLAs
- Assist as part of the incident and problem management processes in the resolution of technical security related issues and where appropriate take ownership of the organisational response and remediation plan
- Lead meetings and workshops with customers (including on-site if required) and provide technical security advice
The successful applicant will have experience in:
- Understanding of IP networking and security principals, including the nature of common protocols and Security products
- Australian Citizenship Status
- Experience with Secure by Design concepts and practical implementation.
- Knowledge of security governance frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, NIST, AS18, and the ASD.
- Having a NV1 or Baseline clearance is highly beneficial
