About the Role
As Security Engagement Specialist, you will work with all key stakeholders to drive the design, build and implementation of the Secure by Design process
Responsibilities
- Work within the Security Architecture, Engagement and Strategy team
- Drive the design, build and implementation of the "Secure by Design" process under the direction of Security Architecture and Engagement management.
As Security Specialist your deliverables will include
- Document and complete artefact creation detailing how a "self-service" and "engage by exception" style process will engage with all principal stakeholder groups (Business & Technical)
- Ensure the appropriate degree of protection (control) is afforded to information and systems at every stage of the solution lifecycle, in alignment with Security Architecture content,
- Ensure delivery and operational teams are provided with sufficient guidance, structures and services to appropriately identify and articulate how required controls are to be applied and to link back to endorsed patterns when utilised
- High focus on ensuring the Secure by Design process can easily and seamlessly integrate with transformation to Agile delivery including identification of key touchpoints, imbedding security governance checkpoints and key security testing requirements to ensure compliance to the Security Baseline
