The Role:
As the SAP Trainer you will develop training material which enables individuals to use new SAP systems being rolled out across this critical Australian organisation and ensure material developed is relevent and clear.
Responsibilities;
- Develop learning packages / courses / modules as per the training plan using the provided templates
- Follow the development and publishing process as outlined in the Training Development Guide
- Ensure simulations and courses reflect business processes according to change impacts, business process documents and input from change analysts and product owners
- Develop training sessions in time for the training schedule
- Update the development tracker as per development milestones
- Update training material upon feedback from subject matter experts or add it to the continuous improvement register
- Provide feedback on processes and templates
Essential Skills & Experience;
- 3+ years experience in developing SAP training content
- 3+ years demonstrated experience as an SAP Training Developer / Instructional Designer
- Previous experience in using Enable Now, WPB or UPerform
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Task focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
