- Enterprise sized SAP Program
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling of test resources and planning test resources required to perform/support testing
- Ensure all resources conducting testing are Trained in how to use the test tools
- Support overall program reporting on testing drawing on reports from implementation partner(s)
- Creates daily manifests
- Manage communication to users Issue schedule updates to users
- Manage tester experience feedback
- Identifies test to resource coverage gaps
- Track, categorise and report on test results and defects Support with witness testing
Key Skills & Experiences
- Prior experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of SAP EAM, SCM & ISU
Strong communication skills - written and verbal Good analytical and planning skills. - Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS applications
- Proficiency in Solution Manager would be advantageous Must have good attention to details
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
