About the role
Reporting into the Manager, the Principal SAP Functional Expert will closely work with the team to ensure an effective integrated solution is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis expertise to solve complex problems in corporate applications
- Undertake cross-skilling activities within the HR SAP team
- Provide expert SAP configuration advice and content knowledge of the current and future solutions to ensure that the design and configuration activities are completed
- Assist and train SAP HR Functional Experts and business analysts in analysing and providing effective solutions to complex system problems
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in configuration of SAP HR.
- Proven experience as a SAP HR Functional in Government sector (preferred)
- Experience with emerging HR technologies (for example: ESS/MSS)
- Experience in development of functional specifications and other solution documentation, and business cases for system maintenance and enhancements.
- Functional knowledge of SAP PA/PD/OM and Payroll modules in ECC6
