This is a newly established and key role within the marketing team at Peoplebank - Australia's largest specialist IT & Digital recruitment company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant person to join our dedicated, cohesive and fun team.
The role will be responsible for two key areas:
- Development and distribution of social media content
- Preparation, development and delivery of client tenders submissions;
The right individual for this role could be a creative or professional content writer with a passion for social media, or a social media specialist looking to diversify their writing experience.
The social content component of the role will be mostly autonomous. You will be required to implement marketing strategies and write content for the business' social media sites. This includes creating long and short form content, managing regular posts and interacting with our community online across a variety of channels.
The tender writing component of the role will work with our current tender writer to prepare content for submissions. Over time, you will become the first point of contact for the sales teams when they've been asked to respond to a client tender submission, proposal or presentation. You will be responsible for diagnosing the requirements, organising resources, writing content and finalising the submissions by the due date.
