About the role-

An IT Business Coordinator to join a large Technology and Digital Services team. The Coordinator will be working across a number of IT projects and will also be responsible for Developing processes and systems, Co-ordinating budget preparation, purchasing, payment and accounting processes, and monitoring the performance of the business

Key Skills and Essential Experience

  • Experience using financial software such as Technology One, SAP, Oracle, MYOB, Xero, Excel
  • Extensive experience in financial and budget administration,
  • Developing processes and systems
  • qualifications in Accounting/Business Management or the equivalent competencies gained through career experience.
  • Experience engaging with vendors and IT Partners Developing and managing contracts
  • Experience with Financial Software's such as SAP OR Oracle OR MYOB
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proven experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to work towards strict deadlines
  • Exposure to Financial planning and Budget administration
