This large Australian organisation is a leader in their field and is highly regarded for their pioneering work and progressive work environment. They are currently undertaking major transformation initiatives to implement programs which would enable them to build a sustainable future, improve safety, provide value to customers, communities and stakeholders, explore ways to become more efficient

One of the major initiatives within the transformation program is the Field Force Automation (FFA) set of initiatives that cover the following domains:

  • Scheduling
  • Dispatch
  • Mobile Capital Works Execution
  • End-to-end Enterprise Capital
  • Maintenance Workflow Management
  • Integrated portfolio project management & estimating

The Enterprise Architect for SAP and Field Force Automation will be responsible for developing, communicating and maintaining strategies, roadmaps and solutions to enable the execution of the program and will work with other program initiatives with the ICT Transformation Program

Key Skills and Experiences required:

Essential:

  • Tertiary level qualification in business or an IT related discipline; or related industry qualification
  • Extensive experience in the design and deployment of large scale solutions
  • Significant experience in developing, communicating and maintaining technology architectures and roadmaps
  • Broad experience in a wide range of information systems technologies and technical architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex, challenging environments
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Proven technical and interpersonal skills are required to develop sound communications options
  • Ability to affect change through technical leadership
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Well-developed enterprise / solution architect and technical skills across a broad range of transformation technologies
  • Well-developed infrastructure architecture, solution design and technical skills across a broad range of infrastructure technologies as they relate to clients environment such as (but not limited to):
    • SAP
    • Mobile platforms
    • Click Software
    • Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, etc.

Desirable:

  • TOGAF certification
