As the face of the business, we are looking for professional, polite, friendly and experienced receptionist. There is opportunity to grow and learn. As the contract has strong potential to extend, we are looking for someone who intents to build a career in this space and is serious about a long term opportunity.


Job requirement:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Receptionist or Office Administration
  • Attending and transferring calls, visitor management, maintain staff phone list
  • Office Management-inventory maintenance for consumables- Pantry, mail room Management, assisting clients/ visitors in administrative areas
  • Employee claim scanning, leading OH&S initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS office (Mandatory: MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Travel management will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
