Our client is looking for an individual to represent the 1st line of support to business stakeholders, to answer queries and capture feedback in regard to policies.
Duties:
- You will manage reports and investigations into policy exceptions and breach reporting.
- Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external clients.
- maintain the engagement model for business queries on policy
- respond to queries through those engagement points (phone, email, intranet), in a timely and consistent quality standard.
Successful applicants will have:
- SAP Ariba Sourcing model Experience
- Strong experience in policy reporting or a role similar
- Have a tertiary qualification related to procurement and property
- Keen attention to detail
- Excel experience will be highly desirable
- Great Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
