Our client is a large Federal Government organisation are currently seeking Mutiple Directors within the Data and Analytics Space.
The positions available include:
- Director Business Intelligence Delivery - delivery and integration of new visualisation software for the department and deployment of data visualisation solutions.
- Director Business Intelligence Capability - foster and oversee the development and growth of the business intelligence and visualisation end to end capabilities for senior leaders and staff.
- Director Visualisation - manage and oversee the data translation, development and use of visualisation solutions for improved data understanding and insights in achieving the objectives.
Your background, experience and technical expertise in Business Intelligence and Visualisation capabilities will shape the set up and sustainability of a green field data democratisation outcome. Each role with play a key role in delivering leading edge business intelligence and visualisation solutions and support the overall goal of moving towards a data democracy.
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- has had hands on experience leading end to end business intelligence and visualisation projects
- can successfully navigate the complexities and nuances with each phase of the business intelligence and visualisation life cycle
- has had hands on experience leading and designing complex models and architectures to support flexible business intelligence and visualisation solutions
- identifying and transforming qualitative and quantitative analysis into easily understood and visually engaging information visualisations, maps, charts and graphs for identification of intelligence insights, patterns and outliers.
- creation of strategies and ongoing development of initiatives to promote and realise the benefits of business intelligence capabilities in large organisations
- strong stakeholder engagement, communications and influencing skills fosters strong working relationships with senior leaders, key enabling areas, IT technical specialists and project managers
