Our client is a leader in digital space. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 5 months + potential extensions.
You will be responsible for running workshops with the business, enabling endorsement of requirements and use cases and handing over requirements to technical and test resources to ensure transparency of agreed business rules.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication and problem solving skills
- Able to think independently and creatively and self manage time
- Can autonomously run workshops to elicit requirements and is comfortable with ambiguity
- Will not be constrained in stakeholder engagement by working from home
- Has technical knowledge and business acumen and is a critical thinker
- Excellent Visio skills, BPMN 2.0 process mapping and use case preparation ideal
- Understanding of agile methodology
- Can use multiple tools and techniques to identify gaps in requirements and downstream impacts
