The role:
We are seeking a UX experienced Business Analyst for a permanent role that will focus on improving the overall customer experience of the client’s software solution.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and objectives
- Contribute to UI and UX design activities
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Assist with designing interfaces by employing effective user centred design approaches
Key experience:
- Proven experience working in a Business Analyst OR Product Management role handling aspects of U/ UX design including user journey mapping & wireframing
- Excellent customer focus and stakeholder engagement
- Compassionate , caring down to earth personality
- Relevant industry certifications / education beneficial
- Experience working in the health/ aged care sector is desirable
- Sponsorship AND/OR relocation may be considered for strong candidates
