Aida helps us learn more about your skills early in the process in a way that’s flexible, fair and convenient.
When you apply for a job, you may engage with Aida. Aida will ask job-specific screening questions designed to understand your experience, capability and preferences. This provides a clearer picture than a CV alone.
Why?
Because a CV provides an overview of your total experience, and sometimes the best candidates don't have the best CVs. We don’t want great people to be overlooked!
Aida helps by:
