About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst who is confident, proactive, and passionate about owning the quality assurance process. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our product releases are robust, reliable, and aligned with clear and well‑defined requirements.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy being the person who asks the right questions , champions good testing discipline , and isn’t afraid to challenge the team when something isn’t up to standard. You’ll work closely within an agile product team and help uplift testing practices across the group.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the testing process within the product team.
  • Ensure user stories include clear, testable requirements and that test plans are defined, documented, and traceable.
  • Conduct predominantly manual and API testing, ensuring thorough coverage and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Speak up when requirements are unclear, incomplete, or not ready—holding the team accountable for quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and other QA team members in an agile environment.
  • Participate in discussions around prioritisation—e.g., determining critical functionality when testing time is limited.
  • Record results accurately, communicate risks early, and support continuous improvement of QA practices.
  • Mentor less experienced testers and contribute to a collaborative, quality‑focused culture.
What You Bring
  • 8–10 years’ experience as a Test Analyst, including at least 5 years in a dedicated testing role.
  • Experience working in a software or product development environment, ideally within agile teams.
  • Strength in manual functional testing, exploratory testing, and API testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to challenge ambiguous requirements, push for clarity, and support the team in delivering high‑quality work.
  • Experience creating test plans, writing test cases, documenting results, and maintaining traceability.
  • Familiarity with test management tools; some exposure to automation (e.g., scripting, Katalon, Postman) is welcomed but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to speak up and the ability to help bring balance to an introverted team.
  • No specific domain expertise required — we value your testing experience and mindset above all.
Nice to Have
  • ISTQB or tertiary qualifications in IT.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) or cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Experience mentoring or supporting team QA uplift.
