You will lead end‑to‑end organisation design initiatives, driving complex change across a medium to large, highly dynamic environment. Working in an agile, sprint‑based delivery model, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while independently leading critical workstreams through ambiguity and change.
Key Experience & Requirements
- Deep expertise in Organisation Design, including operating model and structure design, consultation and implementation
- Proven experience executing organisation design and operating model initiatives in medium to large, complex organisations
- Strong track record of engaging, influencing and advising senior leaders at a strategic level
- Extensive experience with P&C consultation and approval processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead work independently through ambiguity, change and transformation
- Experience working in agile and sprint‑based delivery environments
- Strong collaboration experience with change and communications teams
- Proven capability in leading, coaching and developing leaders
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
