Senior Business Analyst (Regulatory and Compliance)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst
to drive business value by translating complex needs into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technology teams, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis, documentation, and translation of complex business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.
• Navigate complex projects with shifting priorities and governance frameworks, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-value solutions, facilitating workshops, translating business needs into insights, and supporting testing and implementation.
• Apply strategic thinking and domain expertise to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance while driving measurable project value and timely delivery.
Required Experience
• 6-8+ years’ experience as Business Analyst
• Business Focused Business Analyst experience in business process mapping, requirements analysis and documentation, and workshop facilitation
• Experience in regulatory or compliance driven projects
• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data Analysis skills are a plus
