The Opportunity
Lead a fast‑moving program spanning security audits, property upgrades, network uplifts, and a new technology pilot. You’ll work across corporate sites, licensed sites, operations, property, technical teams, and cash‑transport providers to deliver essential security and compliance improvements.
What You’ll Deliver
- Manage a national compliance audit across hundreds of retail locations.
- Oversee physical security upgrades and site‑level remediation activities.
- Coordinate network uplift requirements with IT and engineering teams.
- Lead a technology pilot rollout, track performance, and prepare for scale‑
- Manage cash‑transport and operational impacts, ensuring safe, efficient processes.
What You Bring
- Strong stakeholder management and diplomacy in compliance‑heavy, high‑risk environments.
- Experience delivering multi‑site, property, or operational projects.
- Ability to translate complex technical or audit findings into clear delivery plans.
- Comfortable operating between business, property, and technology teams.
- Highly organised, structured, and able to drive outcomes through ambiguity.
Ideal Background (Not Essential)
- Experience in retail operations, security upgrades, WHS, or compliance projects
- Multi‑site program delivery
- Exposure to network or technology‑based rollouts
