The Roles
You’ll join a cross-functional Agile squad, working alongside developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Project Manager
• Own end-to-end delivery for squad initiatives
• Drive timelines, sprint execution, and UAT
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment
Business Analyst
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Support solution design and delivery
• Write test cases and support UAT
What We’re Looking For
• Strong general insurance experience (essential)
• Mid-level profiles (hands-on, delivery focused)
• Agile experience (Jira/Confluence preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
