About the Role: Our Federal Government Client is seeking an ICT Contracts Administrator / Procurement Support Officer (APS5). This is a long-term contract role with an initial 12-month contract, plus 2 x 12-month extension options, located at our client’s Canberra office (ACT), working onsite 5 days per week.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Support day-to-day ICT contract management and procurement activities in line with government policies and frameworks
- Provide administrative support including records management, maintaining registers, invoice tracking, and mailbox management
- Assist in drafting procurement and contract documentation (tenders, panels, contracts, reporting)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and support stakeholder engagement activities
- Collate contract data and produce reports and basic analysis using Excel
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience supporting contract management and procurement in an Australian Government environment
- Good working knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and relevant legislative frameworks
- Strong administrative skills including records management, reporting, and coordination
- Experience managing invoices, registers, and procurement documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Current AGSVA security clearance at NV1 level
- Experience in ICT contract management or ICT capability delivery environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting (or similar)
