About the role:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale service improvements, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Required Skills:
- Experience leading and executing large-scale ICT service improvement or service transformation projects
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively
- Skilled at engaging with senior management and stakeholders to align on goals
- Capable of turning strategic plans into practical, actionable steps
- Adept at identifying and mitigating risks throughout project delivery
- Excellent communication skills for clarity and influencing diverse audiences
- Demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment in complex situations
