We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join a dynamic Analytics & Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality analytics, developing visualisations, and contributing to initiatives that enhance data capability, governance, and business performance.
 
About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse and interpret data, enabling informed business decisions. You will support the delivery of business intelligence solutions, maintain data records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through innovative and future-focused approaches.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, structure and analyse data for reporting and insights
  • Apply analytical techniques to support business intelligence, including predictive modelling where applicable
  • Maintain accurate records within information systems, databases and document management platforms
  • Contribute to data governance, data quality improvement, and continuous enhancement initiatives
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with exposure to other Power Platform applications
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in report writing and delivering insights to support business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand diverse business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
 
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with design thinking, troubleshooting, and facilitating working groups
  • Understanding of governance frameworks, accountability, and decision-making structures
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Knowledge of operational service delivery environments and project methodologies
  • Exposure to advanced analytics techniques (e.g. machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
