Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Customer Service / Administration Officer to join a high-performing Business Banking Operations team. This role sits within a back-office environment, supporting bankers and analysts by processing business banking applications with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage business banking applications end-to-end within defined turnaround timeframes (typically 24 hours)
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements
  • Take full ownership of allocated workloads (approx. 4 applications per day) through to completion
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (bankers, analysts) to resolve queries and obtain additional information
  • Manage rework and follow-ups on applications as required to achieve successful outcomes
  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
About You:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documentation
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads autonomously
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfortable working in a back-office environment with limited direct customer interaction
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated interest in business banking, finance, or operations (preferred but not essential)
  • Background in administration, operations, or customer service roles with transferable skills
Working Environment & Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm)

  • Initial 3-month full-time office-based training period
  • Hybrid working model post-training (flexibility based on performance; typically 20–50% in-office)
