About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. This is a full-time permanent role, located in Melbourne, Canberra, or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days onsite/2 days remote).
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Engage in business and technology transformation initiatives across multiple delivery stages
• Define project scope, gather requirements, and produce functional and technical specifications
• Develop proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual solution designs
• Coordinate solution implementation and support change management activities
• Act as a subject matter expert in AWS cloud infrastructure, collaborating across teams
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline
integration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
practices
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps(Build & Release pipelines, YAML) and AWS integration
• Proficiency working with JSON/YAML
for configuration and deployment pipelines
• Linux systems administration experience and shell scripting capability
• Strong documentation skills, including runbooks and operational procedures
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience in .NET
Full Stack Development
• Exposure to Cloud Automation and DevOps
practices
• Understanding of Cloud Enterprise Architecture
• Experience in Cloud Services Management
• Background in IT Infrastructure Operations
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens
with Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
