- Join as Change Analyst supporting SuccessFactors
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support the delivery of change initiatives within a SuccessFactors stream. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring change activities are effectively communicated and understood across the business. The role will also provide administrative support to the Change Team, contribute to stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, and act as the Enable Now SME for SuccessFactors. This position suits someone with strong organisational skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to support end-to-end change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Develop communication materials, change documentation, knowledge artefacts (e.g. SOPs), and training content
- Facilitate the review of change, communication, knowledge, and training artefacts with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the SuccessFactors Support Hub (SharePoint) and manage training logistics
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, providing insights and reporting to support decision-making
- Demonstrated experience supporting change initiatives, preferably within HRIS or SuccessFactors environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse business groups
- Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and change communications
- Knowledge of SharePoint and content management for support hubs or knowledge repositories
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics, and support engagement activities in a fast-paced environment
