Terms and Conditions:

By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Peoplebank and Leaders IT will collect, use and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


We may engage third-party providers to administer the referral program and distribute rewards. By participating, you consent to receiving communications from these providers where required to facilitate your referral or reward.


Eligible Referrers

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Not be a current employee of Peoplebank or Leaders IT.
  • Submit referrals through the official referral platform or designated referral process.
  • Have obtained the referred candidate's permission before submitting their details.


Eligible Referrals

To qualify as a referred candidate, the individual must:

  • Be legally eligible to work in Australia.
  • Not already be actively registered with, represented by, or engaged through Peoplebank or Leaders IT at the time of referral.
  • Not have been placed by Peoplebank or Leaders IT within the previous 3 months.
  • Be referred before applying for or being presented for a role.
  • Successfully commence a permanent, contract or consulting engagement through Peoplebank or Leaders IT within 12 months of the referral date.


Referral Reward

Where all eligibility requirements are met:

  • The Referrer will receive a $250 digital gift voucher.
  • Rewards will be issued to the email address provided by the Referrer.
  • Rewards will typically be distributed within 60 days of the referred candidate commencing their engagement.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral rewards that can be earned, provided each referral independently satisfies these terms.


Program Rules

The following conditions apply:

  • A candidate may only be referred once. Where multiple referrals are received, the first valid referral received will be recognised.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Referral rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Peoplebank and Leaders IT reserve the right to verify eligibility and withhold or recover rewards if these terms have not been met.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the approved referral process. Verbal, informal or retrospective referrals may not be accepted.
  • The Referrer is responsible for ensuring they have obtained the referred person's consent before sharing their personal information.


Exclusions

Referral rewards will not be paid where:

  • The referred individual is hired directly by Peoplebank or Leaders IT for an internal role.
  • The referred individual is already employed by the hiring client at the time of referral.
  • The referred individual is already registered in Peoplebank or Leaders IT's candidate database or is actively engaged in a recruitment process with us.
  • The referral does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.


Privacy & Communications

Referrers and referred candidates may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications, job opportunities and industry updates from Peoplebank and Leaders IT.


You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our communications.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

General Conditions

  • Peoplebank and Leaders IT reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the referral program at any time.
  • We may substitute a reward with an alternative reward of equal value where required.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peoplebank and Leaders IT accept no liability for any loss, damage or delay arising from participation in the referral program or the use of any reward.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia
