This is a fully remote position operating on a rotating 4-on, 4-off roster:
- Day 1 & 2: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Day 3 & 4: 6:00pm - 6:00am
- Followed by 4 days off
- Monitor and support network operations, ensuring service availability and SLA compliance
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and monitoring tools
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents as required
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities
- Coordinate major incidents and assist with post-incident reviews
- Perform proactive system monitoring and maintenance activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a NOC, Service Desk, Helpdesk, or IT Support environment is highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Foundational networking knowledge
- Basic cyber security knowledge is advantageous
- Relevant education, diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred
