About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for branch-based roles across the network. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Retail Branch positions.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and in line with business objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 1-2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or
- Previous experience in banking, retail, customer-facing, or high-volume recruitment environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for recruitment.
