Join a major digital transformation program focused on modernising recording, transcription and online service delivery capabilities.
This is a senior architecture role where you'll lead the design of a secure, scalable and user-centric Transcript Ordering and Payment System, working across business, technology and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, data, identity, security, payments and reporting.
- Translate business requirements and user journeys into robust, future-ready solution designs.
- Define architecture standards, non-functional requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Design secure integration patterns, APIs and information flows across multiple platforms and services.
- Produce architecture artefacts and procurement-ready technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership throughout vendor evaluation, implementation and transition to BAU support.
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex transformation programs.
- Strong background in solution design, integration architecture, cloud platforms and security.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and API-led integrations.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical, business and executive levels.
- Experience producing architecture documentation, solution options and governance artefacts.
- Knowledge of Australian Government digital standards, accessibility requirements and assurance processes is highly regarded.
- Experience within courts, justice, legal or highly regulated environments.
- TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar architecture certifications.
- Experience designing transactional, customer-facing digital platforms.
- Australian Citizenship required.
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Melbourne-based hybrid working arrangement.
