Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions and user experiences.
- Build secure, accessible and maintainable applications aligned with best practices and standards.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of reusable components and frontend frameworks.
- Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
- Solid understanding of component-based architecture, state management, API integration and responsive UI development.
- Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with source control, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven use of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with modern frontend ecosystems, cloud-native platforms and API-driven architectures.
- Exposure to AI-augmented or specification-driven development approaches.
- Experience using agentic AI development tools and workflows.
- Previous experience working within government or highly regulated environments.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance is required.
