This role opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Process Specialist to join a secure, enterprise environment supporting critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host stand-up meetings, arrange resourcing for on-site activities, and organise remote access for vendor when required.
- Change management, including hazard notifications
- MIM role in the team, including MIM engagement and communication management
- Outage notification
- Problem management à scheduled meeting with Vendors and different teams support to manage priority and focus of work.
- ORC, we started SN ORC on confluence, we need to keep it maintained and bring all other projects to update it.
- Update & Manintain SNP consolidated support plan
