About the Role:
Lead organisational readiness for the operational technology Migration, supporting SCADA transformation, automation and AI-enabled capabilities. Drive stakeholder engagement, change communications, technical training and workforce readiness while addressing human-factor risks. Establish sustainable BAU training and competency frameworks to support safe, effective adoption of upgraded operational systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change and business readiness for complex technology transformations within operational environments.
- Engage and influence operational teams, technical specialists, leaders and workforce representatives.
- Develop role-based training and sustainable BAU capability models.
- Translate technical change into practical workforce impacts, readiness and adoption actions.
- Manage human factors, psychosocial risks and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in integrated change, communications, training and business readiness for operational Technologies upgrades, SCADA migration, automation and AI-enabled transformation.
- Assessed organisational impacts, readiness risks and transition requirements, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Built trusted relationships across operational, technical, safety, workforce and delivery teams.
- Assessed role, workload, human-factor, wellbeing and psychological safety impacts, implementing appropriate controls.
- Has developed role-based training, competency frameworks, simulations and adoption measures, establishing sustainable BAU training, governance and continuous improvement models.
- Certification in a recognised change management methodology. Prosci certification is highly desirable.
- Human factors, learning, safety or psychosocial risk qualifications are desirable.
