Key Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, operations, and compliance functions.
- Analyse and translate complex regulatory and business requirements into practical operational and technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
- Lead As-Is and To-Be process analysis, identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improved customer outcomes.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, and testing teams to ensure requirements are effectively delivered.
- Support and coordinate UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and business readiness.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and provide recommendations to support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to change management, implementation, and post-deployment activities.
- 10-15+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- Strong experience delivering transformation, regulatory, risk, compliance, or operational change programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.
- Excellent understanding of BA methodologies, frameworks, and delivery practices across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and other business analysis tools.
- Previous experience working in complex enterprise-scale programs.
- Financial Crime (FinCrime) experience, including AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud, or Transaction Monitoring programs.
