You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of Capital, Regulatory, and Pillar 3 reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong governance outcomes. Working closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Audit teams, you will provide reporting and insights to senior stakeholders while supporting regulatory change initiatives, process improvements, and automation across reporting frameworks.
Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years' experience within a Big 4 Australian bank and/or Big 4 Consulting firm supporting Financial Services clients.
- Strong experience in Capital Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury Finance, Financial Risk, Finance Control, or related disciplines.
- Sound knowledge of APRA prudential standards, Basel frameworks, and Pillar 3 reporting requirements.
- Experience preparing reporting for senior stakeholders and regulators.
- Strong governance, controls, and assurance mindset.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to regulatory change, finance transformation, or assurance programs.
