About the role:
We're seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to join a major enterprise transformation program. As the SAP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support detailed design and configuration workshops for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Configure and optimise PM functionality including:
- Master Data
- Transactional Data
- Field Mobility
- Scheduling
- Conduct system and functional testing, identifying and resolving defects and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with ERP, platform, and project teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure solutions align with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Support successful SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency with delivering successful SAP EAM implementation or conversion projects.
- Experience working within an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment.
- At least one full SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation completed end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of EAM integration with:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
- Related SAP modules
