We're seeking an experienced Identity Specialist to join a major cyber security transformation program within a large enterprise environment.
In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity solutions across SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and CyberArk, working closely with project teams, cyber security stakeholders, architects, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across identity projects.
- Develop identity roadmaps and solution architecture.
- Deliver hands-on engineering and platform configuration.
- Support Zero Trust initiatives and integration activities.
- Mentor engineers and oversee implementation partners.
- Engage stakeholders and promote identity best practices.
- 8+ years' experience across IAM, IGA, and PAM.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory, and CyberArk.
- Experience leading complex identity implementations from design through to BAU.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks including NIST, Essential Eight, ISM, and Zero Trust.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
