We're partnering with a major Health organisation seeking an experienced Project Implementation Manager to lead the rollout of a large-scale workforce management and rostering transformation program across multiple sites statewide.
This is a highly visible role where you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive successful delivery of complex ICT-enabled business change initiatives.
About the Role
As Project Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering implementation activities across assigned health service locations, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are managed, and business outcomes are achieved. The role combines project leadership, change management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of complex ICT and business transformation projects
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and implementation resources
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and reporting
- Engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders at local and executive levels
- Drive user adoption and support successful organisational change
- Monitor project performance, budgets, deliverables, and governance requirements
- Build strong relationships with vendors, business leaders, and program stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication and change activities across implementation sites
- Proven experience managing large-scale ICT-enabled business transformation projects
- Strong project management expertise across delivery, governance, risk, and reporting
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience influencing senior executives and navigating complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings
- Experience implementing workforce management, rostering, HR, payroll, or enterprise systems will be highly regarded
