About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders, you'll provide project coordination and administrative support across a portfolio of technology projects. You'll help maintain project plans, monitor milestones, coordinate communications and ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys building relationships with stakeholders and takes pride in keeping projects organised and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities across multiple technology initiatives
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables and action items
• Maintain project plans, registers and reporting using Smartsheet or similar project management tools
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports and project documentation
• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to obtain updates and monitor project progress
• Escalate risks, issues and potential delays where appropriate
• Support project governance, reporting and overall project administration
• Assist Project Managers in ensuring project deadlines and key milestones are achieved
About You
To be successful, you'll be an organised and proactive Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting successful project delivery.
You'll bring:
• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Project Administrator or Project Support role
• Experience supporting technology, digital transformation or business change projects
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com or Asana
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Desirable
• Experience within healthcare, aged care, government or other highly regulated industries
• Exposure to project management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience supporting cross-functional project teams
If you're an organised Project Coordinator looking to contribute to projects that make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
