We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation seeking experienced Program Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead strategic programs and projects across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Opportunities Available
Program Manager
Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, resource management, risk mitigation, and program oversight. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and achieve key business objectives.
Senior Project Manager
Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex business and technology initiatives. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring projects are delivered successfully from planning through to implementation.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex programs and/or projects within large enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience managing budgets, governance, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in complex environments
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or similar will be highly regarded
