About the role:
Our federal government client is seeking EL2-equivalent Principal Software Engineers to provide technical leadership across a large-scale ERP migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA within a complex enterprise environment.
You will lead planning, development and delivery activities, own the resolution of complex issues across development and production, and ensure software quality and adherence to agreed development and security standards.
This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership engagement suited to consultants who can operate with high autonomy, make evidence-based decisions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

- Data Migration Specialist (ECC to S/4 HANA)
- SAP Fiori & User Experience Specialist
- SAP HANA & Basis Specialist
Required skills for each role are listed below-
- SAP HANA Technical Specialist- (HANA performance, admin, AMDP/CDS, code pushdown)
- ABAP Developer(S/4HANA) - (ECC custom code refactor, CDS/AMDP/OData, Fiori exposure)
- Integration Specialist- (SAP CPI, BTP Integration Suite, APIs, OData/REST, IDocs/RFC where applicable)
- Data Migration Specialist- (Migration Cockpit LTMC/LTMOM, reconciliation, cleansing/validation; BODS optional)
- SAP Fiori / UX Experience Specialist- (Launchpad config, catalogues/roles, UI5 enhancements)
- HANA & Basis Specialist -(S/4 architecture, sizing/tuning, transports, security roles, SUM/DMO conversion)
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Prior experience as a technical expert on SAP ECC6 → SAP S/4HANA migration in government or similarly large-scale environments
- Experience in federal government is highly regarded
