This permanent position offers flexible working arrangements, with full-time or 0.8 FTE options available, based in Adelaide’s CBD.

As the selected candidate, you will:

  • Maintain, support, and enhance existing applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 Suite, and associated business systems.
  • Be the primary user contact for troubleshooting, supporting system operations, and resolving issues.
  • Gather and document business requirements, assess opportunities for system improvements, and liaise with external vendors.
  • Assist in developing and deploying new systems, supporting change management and process optimisation.
  • Plan and deliver end-user training, ensuring staff are equipped to utilise systems effectively.
  • Develop and maintain ICT policies and procedures, ensuring system security and compliance.
  • Support overall ICT operations and undertake additional project-related duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in computer science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot systems issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially liaising with non-technical staff.
  • Experience in business systems analysis, process mapping, and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills.
It is desirable if you have:

  • Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience managing small to medium projects.
  • Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Server products, such as SQL Server, Windows Server, SSRS, or IIS.
  • Familiarity with supporting .NET Framework or source control systems.
